We are a provider for Medicare, Medicaid and many insurance companies. At the conclusion of your visit, we will be happy to assist those of you enrolled in insurance programs. Remember, however, that insurance coverage is a contract between the individual and the insurance carrier. The patient is responsible for any services or products received. Fees are due and payable at the time the service is rendered. Cash, personal checks and most credit cards are accepted.
